Ethanol can be naturally produced by the fermentation of sugars (e.g corn & sugarcane) by yeasts or via petrochemical processes such as ethylene hydration. It has medical applications as an antiseptic and disinfectant.
Ethanol 99% is denatured with 5% Methanol is non-taxable.
